About Me (Bio): Mr Paul Tullemans is Process Manager Fluor Spain with 15 years all round experience in process engineering work in oil & gas projects including all technical process activities. His experience is built on the field of crude and vacuum distillation, clean fuel projects, hydro-cracking, isomerisation, technical studies etc. He has worked for at different client and office locations and gained experience in work sharing projects during his stay in Poland and Madrid, acquiring construction, commissioning and startup experience gained in Poland, Portugal and Spain. Since two and a half years he is heading the process & HSE engineering group in Spain consisting of 50 people reporting to the general manager in Spain. He holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and post MSc in Process and Product Design by Eindhoven University of Technology
