About Me (Bio): Dr. Lundteigen has worked in the area of safety instrumented systems for more than 15 years. Her main industry experience is related to safety instrumented systems and their use at the onshore and offshore facilities, but she has also worked with railway signaling systems and automation systems in general. She has a MSc. in engineering cybernetics and a PhD in RAMS (reliability, availability, maintenance, and safety) for safety instrumented systems. Currently, she holds a Post Doc position at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a part-time position as a Sr. research scientist at SINTEF, the Norwegian research institute. She is also a member of the IEC 61511 technical committee.
