Agreement between User and Inside Functional Safety

www.insidefunctionalsafety.com is an internet service published by Inside Publishing GmbH and by entering the site you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time and without notice, however all changes will be posted here on this page. Transaction Currency

It is possible on our website to view prices of products and services in different currencies, e.g., EUR, CHF, USD. The final purchase transaction will take place in EUROS.

Secure Credit Card Payments

We make use of secure payment page which has been offered to us by our Payment Service Provider ChronoPay. This payment page is secured via a SSL certificate.

Charges to your credit card

When you buy a product online your credit card will be charged immediately after the purchase. On your credit card statement a purchase made on our website will be shown as: Inside Publishing GmbH.

Pricing

The price for downloadable articles will vary per article and is determined by the number of words in the article. The hard copy version of the magazine can only be ordered on an annual subscription basis and depends on the number of issues per year. For annual subscriptions the buyer can choose to opt for annual automatic renewal or to be notified of the next due payment before the subscription ends.

Conclusion of contract

The contractual obligations of Inside Publising GmbH end as soon as your credit card payment has been approved and recieved and the products have been shipped to the indicated shipping address.  

Shipping Times and Cost

Online products can be downloaded immediately after payment has been approved. Magazine subscriptions will be shipped as soon as the magazine has been published in printing. The actual arrival times depend on the shipping address and can take up to 20 business days. The shipping cost for the magazine are included in the subscription price.

Fees and Limits

We do not charge any additional fees for online transactions. There is no minimum limit for your purchase.

Invoices

An electronic invoice will be shipped to you by email after the purchase. The invoice is also available online, just visit your account.
